Scarecrows is a horror/thriller movie about a man who lost his love, from violent trespassers that went onto his land. He owns a cornfield farm and turns the victims into living scarecrows, leaving them out to rot or eaten by the crows. The movie starts off pretty silly, and it is a low budget movie, but a sort of semi well done budget movie.
The main characters are Ash (Hannah Gordon), Farbsie (Mike Taylor), Ely (Umed Amin) and Devon (Maaor Ziv). The kids are trying to find a secret hidden lagoon in the neighborhood that they heard about from friends, and they eventually end up finding it and have a swimming fest.
Their car ended up getting stolen, and the kids get stuck at this farm with no way of getting anywhere to get help. The killer, The Father (Jason J. Thomas) starts the preparation of turning them into the scarecrows. The son (Derek Christoff) tries to help one of them escape.
There really isn’t much to this movie to be honest. It’s decent, acting could be better but it is budget (Which was not released on IMDB). I also think the editing was alright as well as the music and the soundtrack. I give it an 2 out of 5.
